Tier two Starships start at Level 10 and max up to Level 95 as they are upgraded... Currently, these comprise 12 of the 32 individual starship pages.
These ships can have up to 5 crew members and 5 weapons... At the beginning (level 10), there is 1 slot for each... At Level 50, there are 3 of each...
Note: Just as in the Tier-1 cases, if you can stand to upgrade the ship one-level-at-a-time, the last level cost-to-upgrade is free... Namely, you can save almost 2500 dilithium...

Crew/Weapons Updates (Costs)[]
The upgrade-levels are the same as Tier-2 characters, but the upgrade costs are conspicuously different. It appears that the costs to upgrade a ship are higher than the costs for a crew member (logical)... However, there does not seem to be any reason for some of the odd jumps in actual cost-values used... The data is complete. (* checked w/KR) the return for selling a T-2 ship is 125/level (so 5125 at 50) but is never enough to recoup your investment (spend-113+k, get back only 10,750)...
