how much stuff do we really need to explain here ? (keep adding until we are done... lol...)

there is always one-each of a TOS abd TNG arena available for basic PTW uses...

recruit-areas come up based upon events and arenas that are in-play...

click the (i) button to see detailed statistics about chances of drawing different rarities of ships/crew

if you see a recruit-area, but do not see the curresponding Arena or Event, then it is likely that your userid has been blocked from playing it... for instance, a low-level player might not see an arena designed for higher-level players (and vice-versa),
