Since I am pretty much the only one around here, and I am currently playing with an alliance, I cannot really answer this question...
My hope, when starting THIS board, was to get folks to announce their alliances using the "ALL" tag... And, if that worked, then even have those folks be able to talk with-IN their alliance via their thread... I even started my own alliance for a bit, then gave up and joined someone elses...
I could make all kinds of hypotheticals (read: guesses); but the truth is that i do not know... So - how would YOU answer the question ?
